We recommend to size down if you are between two sizes because this model runs a little big.

No problem. We offer changes of sizes for 14 days and our return service is easy.

HOW TO MEASURE

Use a ruler and a piece of paper to measure the heel-to-toe length you have marked on the paper to find the right size.

Stand up straight on a piece of blank paper taped to the floor below, with your heel touching the wall behind.
Have someone mark the longest part of your foot on the paper (or do it yourself if necessary). This is called ’heel-toe length‘.
Repeat with the other foot as left and right sizes might be different. We recommend 0.5-1 cm spare room for a comfortable fit.

Delivery & Returns

Worldwide free shipping is available for all orders: Transit time for EU/US/CA orders is 48h-72h. For other orders is 3-5 days more. Any custom charges outside the EU will be satisfied by the customer.

Returns policy: Our returns policy allows you to return unused products within 14 days of receiving them. Return shipping costs and additional duties and taxes are not covered by New Movements.

Shoe Care

Maintain the smooth leather of your shoes with a mircofiber or damp cloth to clean them with water or a cleaning spray or colorless leather paste. We do not recommend putting your New Movements in the washing machine. If you still want to do so, we are exempt from all responsibilities.
