New Movements is the leading developer of circular sneakers. We develop, produce and sell footwear that is responsible, comfortable, and circular so that the customer's personal choice leads to a global impact. We are now looking for a committed and goal-oriented person who will be involved in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive sales to our digital sales channels and to increase brand awareness. The position is a part-time position.
The marketing team in New Movements works with media strategy, communication strategy, advertising production, and media purchasing in digital and analog channels. We contribute to the growth of New Movements by generating more customers and getting people to invest in our products several times in the most efficient way possible.
As Paid Media Manager at New Movements, you will work closely with all our resources and key people. We offer broad exposure in all phases of a start-up, with very good development opportunities for the right person.
Have the overall responsibility for digital performance marketing at New Movements.
Set up and optimize client acquisition and retargeting ads.
Plan, develop and implement digital marketing strategy across all media channels (Facebook / Instagram, Snapchat, display advertising, SEM etc.)
Evaluate channel mix, message, communication style, and budgets.
Work closely with our creative resources to design new campaigns.
Work closely with our advisors for follow-up of SEM.
Follow up and analyze performance and results.
We place high demands on ourselves when it comes to the effect and business value of the activities we do, and there is a clear expectation that this position takes full responsibility and ownership for the marketing team's contribution to customer growth and profitability.
We buy all media, and this will therefore be both a strategic and an operational position.
Minimum 2 years experience from digital marketing in a media agency, or working as a in-house marketer with a ecommerce business/brand or similar.
Operational experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager etc.
Experience in creating result-focused and engaging campaigns in digital surfaces
Good analytical skills and technical understanding
Understanding and interest in how marketing is planned, implemented, influenced and measured to maximize impact.
