Shipping & Delivery

We ship free of charge to all destinations worldwide.

Delivery time:
Norway 1-3 days
Europe 1-3 days
Rest of the world 1-3 days

In case of pre-ordering an extended delivery time is expected. In such occasions, the new expected delivery time is shown on the site of each product. If we are out of stock you will be contacted within 2 days.

Important information

  • Orders received after 11 AM (Oslo) are shipped the following day. All orders received after 11 AM (Oslo) on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Occasionally during periods of high order volume (Promotion, Christmas …) shipment processing can be delayed and takes 3-5 business.

  • All orders requires a signature upon delivery. UPS and DHL usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days.

  • Exception: For Russia*, all orders need to be shipped by postal service. Delivery time can take a few extra days.

  • Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers when the order is ready to be shipped. If a shipment has been sent but is not received, the receiving party has the responsibility of contacting the shipper.

  • NEW MOVEMENTS insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by NEW MOVEMENTS.

  • Please note that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. 

Exchange: Kickstarter & Indiegogo

*Pre-orders made on Kickstarter or Indiegogo can be returned if New Movements has stock of the required style. 

  • Returns must be made within 15 business days of delivery.

  • Make sure all products are exactly as you received them and in perfect condition, with tag and seal still attached.

  • Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.

  • Send an email to hello@newmovements.com and we will send you the exchange form to print out and put inside the shoe box. 
  • Close the box and tape it securely.

  • If your return was an international shipment (outside of Europe), please write on the shipping box and consignment note: “Returned goods, no commercial value”, to avoid any custom charge.

  • Please hold on to your proof of shipment until the exchange has been made.

Important

  • Please note that return shipments are at the customer’s own expense. In the case of an exchange color or size, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you.

  • Please note, we are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

  • We strongly recommend you to use the same carrier company that made the initial shipment to ensure they are protected and insured during transit.

  • If you fail to comply with the above obligations NEW MOVEMENTS can not exchange the product and you would need to pay for return shipment of the product that is rejected. 

  • Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order. 

NEW MOVEMENTS quality guarantee

If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. For any other complain about the item quality, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt. 

Returns e-commerce 

  • Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery.

  • Make sure all products are exactly as you received them and in perfect condition, with tag and seal still attached.

  • Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.

  • Complete the enclosed return form and place it within the box. If you didn’t receive a return form, please contact store@newmovements.com and we’ll send you a new one.

  • Close the box and tape it securely.

  • If your return was an international shipment (outside of Europe), please write on the shipping box and consignment note: “Returned goods, no commercial value”, to avoid any custom charge.

  • Please hold on to your proof of shipment until the refund/exchange has been made.

  • Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order.

Exchanges e-commerce 

  • Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge by DHL or UPS Standard.

  • To initiate an exchange for an alternative style or color, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at newmovements.com with a credit note.

  • The credit note will be send to you by email once item(s) are received and inspected  in our warehouse.

NEW MOVEMENTS quality guarantee

Payment

The amount is being withdrawn when the package is ready to be shipped. Before that, the amount is only reserved.

When shopping at New Movements all payments will be secured and handled through Paypal or Klarna which is a secured electronic payment solution for Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.

Information

New Movements is following the law on personal data by The Norwegian Data Protection Authority. The Data Protection Authority shall facilitate protection of individuals from violation of their right to privacy through processing of their personal data. Personal information given by customers will not be forwarded to any third parties.

All web pages where you as a customer leave personal information in conjunction with a transaction, are what is called secure pages (encrypted transfer of information). The pages are enabled with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), when in use, you can see the lock symbol in your status or address line.

Ordering

The webshop are open for PRE-ORDERS. By signing up with a password you get access to you order history and status.

Please keep in mind that extra import duties, customs, and local sales taxes may apply if you are from outside the European Union. These supplementary costs are the customer's responsibility and beyond New Movements's control.  

To check your order status, you must check the tracking code provided by e-email or in your Personal Area.
