Ordering and payment

You must be at least 18 to order. Check the product, size, delivery destination and total before completing payment. Prices use your selected currency and include applicable taxes and duties. Delivery is free to supported destinations. Availability is checked before payment; saving checkout details does not reserve an item.

Payment is completed on the secure payment page. Keep your confirmation for support. New Movements may need additional information before accepting an order; orders for resale are not accepted.

Delivery, returns and complaints

The delivery service and estimate are shown in checkout. Online purchases have 30 days from delivery to request a return, with free return shipping. Items must be in new condition with packaging and labels. See our returns instructions and delivery policy.

If something is wrong with your purchase, contact us with proof of purchase and photographs. Our store policies do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
