Claims
If there is something wrong with your product we will send you a replacement product as soon as you have delivered your defective product for return at DHL. Warranty does not cover when faults and damages have occurred due to improper use, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear.

How it works?
1. Register your return here.
2. Fill in the requested information to receive your return label from DHL by email.
3. Choose between "Return”, “Exchange" or "Claim". We also offer a  20% discount voucher as a reward for customers who want to send back your worn-out New Movements products for recycling.  
* Your Webshop Credit or Refund will be issued as soon as we have received your returned product in a resellable condition. 
* The warranty does not cover when faults and damages have occurred due to improper use, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear.

We started New Movements to rethink how to make environmentally friendly footwear. To avoid an unnecessary carbon footprint from return orders make sure that you order the right color and size when placing your order.Please follow our size chart as found on the product page "See Size Chart" before placing your order.
