Orders and customer service
We use your name, email, phone, delivery address and order details to process payment, deliver your purchase and handle support, returns and complaints. ReAI supports our store and order management; Adyen handles payment details. Delivery information is shared with your selected carrier. Order and accounting records are retained as required by law.
On your device
Your bag is saved in browser storage. Your selected delivery country and currency use a preference cookie. Unfinished checkout contact and address details are saved in this browser tab for up to 24 hours, alongside server autosave, so you can return to checkout. Payment tokens and newsletter permission are not stored in that draft.
Newsletter signup is optional. When you request the welcome offer, you receive the existing CC discount and subscribed updates. Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. A back-in-stock request permits one email for that item and size, expires after 180 days, and does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Store statistics
Our store records page and product views, bag changes and checkout views using short-lived, random browser-tab identifiers. Analytics events exclude names, email, phone, address and URL query strings. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Marketing email links measure clicks; we do not use email open-tracking pixels.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your information, withdraw permission, or object to processing by contacting us. Some records must be kept for legal obligations. You may complain to Datatilsynet.
