Refund policy.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of an online purchase. Return shipping is free. Products must be in new condition, with their original packaging and labels.

Use the prepaid return label and return form supplied in your parcel. Pack the shoe box inside protective outer packaging; do not attach the shipping label directly to the shoe box. If the label or form is missing, contact store@newmovements.com with your order reference.

Once the return has been received and approved, allow up to 14 business days for the refund. See returns and exchanges for full instructions.
